How it works

Being admitted as a General Member/Associate Member

AND

Track A: BIAMC’s Certification Pathway

  • Successfully completing the BIAMC's courses
    • “Introduction to ADR” (Module 1); and
    • “Essentials of Arbitration” (Module 2a) or Essentials of Mediation (Module 2b)

and

  • Successfully passing the BIAMC Peer Interview for Fellowship

OR

Track B: Relevant Work Experience

  • Possessing a minimum of five years' work experience in alternative dispute resolution. (requires the submission of references)

and

  • Successfully passing the BIAMC Peer Interview for Fellowship
